Western Buff SOLD went to Texas
2006 JC Black Mare
‘Buffy’ is a true black with no brown in the flanks or nose. She has sabino characteristics with black spots in her white sock and white hairs mixed in with her black body coat. Her conformation is very correct, straight legged and nicely balanced. She stands about 16-2.
We bought this mare from Georgia in 2010 OTT. She has been turned out in a large pasture with other horses since then, comes in twice a day for grain, and gets along on a round bale well with no problems. She is sound & sane, feet are good &, legs clean with no known leg or feet problems.
‘Buffy’ would be good at equitation or over fences & her eye catching coal black color will get the judges to look at her. If used as a brood mare she would be a good color producer with her sabino characteristics.
$2000.00 and we will help on shipping costs to get Buffy to the right home.

PDF Black Charm
2008 JC Black Mare
‘Ebi’ is almost 17 hands tall late in her three year old year. She is out of the black JC mare, Conwiss and the JC stallion, Panoramic. Panoramic is a very elegant black 17 hand sabino stallion with excellent conformation and disposition that now stands in Ontario, Canada.
We bought this mare as ‘Brood Mare sound only’ from Painted Desert Farm in Oregon when she was a weanling. Her breeder said that when Ebi was a baby she became entangled in a good quality metal panel. She struggled and strained her rear hock joints and left front ankle. She is slightly close in the hocks and should not have any breeding problems but does sell as Brood Mare prospect only.

1998 American Paint Horse Association Gelding ‘Scout’s USEF show records in 2010 place him well in Equitation over Fences, Short Stirrup Hunter over Fences, VPS Hunter Over Fences , Short Stirrup Over Fences , Short Stirrup Equitation Over Fences, Short Stirrup Equitation On The Flat , Open Junior Equitation 11/Under Over Fences, Open Junior Equitation 11/Under Flat & Short Stirrup Champion in September of 2010. In 2010 he was 8th in the nation with the American Paint Horse Alternative Competition (PAC) program in the Over Fences category. Scout & his owner, Hayley Kastrup, finished as Nebraska Hunter/Jumper Schooling Show Circuit Reserve Champions in Limit Hunter/Rider. Hayley has outgrown Scout and moved up to a full size horse so in 2011 Scout has been ridden by an advanced beginner and a 6-year old Academy rider. He is always in the ribbons at NHJSSC schooling shows. Scout has auto-leads, a smooth canter & is very brave to the fences. He schools from micro-X’s to 3’ & is very suitable for a beginner, intermediate or advanced rider. He loads, ties, clips, stands nicely for the farrier and likes to go on trail rides. He is a very versatile guy looking for a new best friend to take him to the shows. Scout is a very manageable size for children at 14.3 hands but still large enough for an adult.
$7500.00 Kristin Kastrup (402) 955-9911 or larskas@aol.com. See him on YouTube at Chick Scribbles

12 year old bay anglo-arabian with experience in dressage, showjumping, cross-country, trail-riding, and hunter. She has jumped up to 4 feet and loves jumping, but is talented in all areas. She would be good for an intermediate rider. I have ridden her bareback quite often in the last few years and she's a very sweet horse. I showed her in 4-H and pony club and have worked with her with several trainers (Sybil Greene, Alyssa Storey, and Diane Shannon). Her name is Promise and I think she would be a very good horse for someone; she's quite versatile and a fast learner and would be great for many disciplines. I'm looking for someone to lease her while I am studying abroad next semester so it would be about a 6 month lease. If they would like her for a longer time I would consider extending the lease or adding an option to buy. As far as price goes I would like to list it as call for negotiation; I'm hoping to get some extra money for school right now but the most important goal is to find someone to give her attention while I'm gone. My contact information is (402) 217-4325 or email wyki.walstrom@gmail.com. email for more pictures.
